Product Description
This soya protein processing line adopts soybean powder and peanut power to break spherial protein molecule to form chain peotein molecule thus creating slice-like fiber structure, by powder-grinding, stirring,
high-temperature, high-pressure and high-cutting. The product is nutritious without cholesterol or animal fat,
but it looks like and tastes like meat with the quality of absorbing soil, water, and flavor.
Application
This line can be used to produce soya nuggets, TVP/TSP, soya chunks by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder.

Raw material
It is usually made from high (50%) soy protein soy flour or concentrate, but can also be made from cotton seeds, wheat, and oats.

It is extruded into various shapes (chunks, flakes, nuggets, grains, and strips) and sizes.
