Specifications

1. This is fully automatic production line to produce potato chips from fresh potatoes.
2.  The main body is made up of stainless 304.
3.  Labor needed: one person only.
4.  Electricity power requirement is 380V/50Hz/three-phase.
5. The blanching time and frying time are adjustable according to potato chips condition.
6. This production line can also be used to produce sweet potatoes, bananas, yam, etc
7. The cutting machine can cut the potato sticks of thickness 2-10mm, it is adjustable.
